And another character I did for a MahouShoujo/Shounen dA group inspired in Pokemon and Madoka Magica.
Inspired by Shiny Slurpuff, this is Nico, honest, cheerful, and he's for sure not afraid nonetheless to spark his way with cute and puffy dresses or behave however he wants.
At the time it was so much fun to do the design, and still love it to death, highly inspired by lolita dresses, and a few victorian ones as well.
