If you remember this girl from before, then this is the magical form I talked about.
Based on a Rotom Fan Mode, she gots the ability to fly at will. Her clothing is based mostly on a circus outfit, sort of a trapeze artist.
Maybe I'll change her design a little bit in the future, in the meantime, enjoy!
