Lunarwatch here is stationed on the Chakonan Spaceport while working for Star Fleet as a Negotiator. Being one of the few Negotiators in Star Fleet, I'm assuming but I could be wrong, shi got to design hir own uniform. This piece was done by  Naughtygryph and they came up with the brilliant idea of putting an elastic strap on the end of the uniform so that it could cover a tauric back. You just slip the elastic band over your tail to the base and it snuggly keeps your clothing in place.
