Here is the Chief Ranger of the Thorpe Park Rangers fame.

"Chief Ranger. He is the leader of the pack. He is brave, courageous, always looking out for his fellow Rangers and fans.
The mischievous Mr Monkey would sometimes call him officious as he was always giving him a run for his money."

If he looks kinda peeved here, just letting you know that I actually toned him down. He looks like a maniac in the mascot form that I used as a reference. I don't know who designed/created the Rangers, but they were a Rockstar. So much fun character in all of them.
