who's tali?

There's a video about her in the description, but the TL;DR is that Tali'Zorah nar Rayya (later Tali'Zorah vas Neema) is a party member in the Mass Effect series. She's a quarian, a race of humanoid people who have to wear self-contained environmental suits due to having almost nonexistent immune systems. I didn't want to name drop Mass Effect directly, but I wanted to take the 'has to wear something that obscures their entire body' concept and run with it. And unlike any other parts of her name I could have used as reference,"Tali" sounds actually sorta kinda like a regular name.
