A contest entrance I did a few months ago, the theme was "Childhood" and the Pokemon Trainers needed to bring a baby pokemon born from an egg, and the cubchoo called Snowpuff, was the only one at the moment able to do so.
The trainer in question, called Willbur, was born in Shelter Town, Sinnoh, which belongs exclusively to the anime and it's near Snowpoint City, so it fits pretty well with the thematic.
