This is Olympia Grant, a nasty tool in the enclaves army, although the original Olympia was killed by Rex Vadum when she and her squad tryed to kidnap Devin when she was a baby. Rex was not at all happy by this attempt to take what he held most dear, his family. So Rex had stabbed her through the back, then he allowed her to fall in off the end of a vehicle platform. The Enclave procured her body, and used what was left of Olympia, to make an army. So the enclave combined a combo of her DNA with reptilian DNA and created what you see now, a strong, vengeful tool of war.
