Imagine if you will, Our Heroine Tali standing, soaking wet in the gathering area of the Tracy home, wearing a two piece swim suit, soaking wet. On one of the monitors near Jeff Tracy's desk there's images of Thunderbird 3 rocketing off into space. Jeff explains;
Tracy: I'm sorry Mz Hartoth, but we Did sound the launch warning. Didn't you hear it?
Tali: You mean that Horrid screeching that sounded like someone was strangling a cricket?
Tracy: It was a surplus air raid siren.
Tali: (Infuriated.) My personal communicator is louder than that thing!

I first discovered Thunderbirds in 1968. Thinking it was about the Air Force aerobatic team, I tuned in...and was promptly hooked.
Actually, I just got that DVD writer. Does what I want it to do, so...
And, yes, Norma and Sylvia are flea collared at all times. They're quite good natured about it too, don't try to take the collars off or anything.
