There are 7 squadrons with 12 shelters each. The whole area was manned with 5.800 soldiers, all of them gone since 1994.
The authorities tried to find investors for the area but didn't found any.

Maybe all the superpluscool checkers prefer to paint their crap in hipper locations, like big cities. Spraying Graffiti only makes sense if there is a chance that other sprayers will see that "work"... The cool kids don't play here ;)
