that's the issue with modeling, it all looks off until you look at it after an hour break. I'd tilt the neck geometry to bend slight back and move the head back a touch and then apply the scale of the head. Not sure if it will require whole new edge flow but hey, making pokaman heads on human bodies isn't really natural to work with.
