Thsi ball amplifies any attack that deos critcal damage after every turn by 20% the lightning and star design mean that he moves that does critical damage will be amplified.

For example if you fighting/fire type blaziken is against normal type snorlaxx and you use sky uppercut and it poses as a critical hit then after your turn before the opponents turn the move sky uppercuts attack is increased by 20%.
