I don't really keep an eye on every detail about pokemon but goodra's design (and all it's previous forms) is a slug dragon right? I guess that's why it's so lovable.
I would imagine it having the same kind of texture as a slug, though a bit smoother looking. Sticky with a slime trail. The body would still be very much like any other organism, just contains more water and excretes a sticky slime layer on the exterior.
