Here, have some doodles of my AC self-insert, as well as Layla. I wanted to basically try an entirely new way of drawing humans, something not too cartoony, but not overtly realistic, either. I like the general idea I’ve come up with, but a thing I forever struggle with is keeping a character’s face shape the same throughout various angles. Maybe one day I’ll beat this monster.

But anyways, I colored my favorites. Drawing Layla again was super fun. I never drew her face so finally coming up with that was fun, too. I changed her hairstyle as well, though her hood hides it. It’s parted in the middle now. She looked too much like an actual self-insert before when she’s technically just an OC whom is my self-insert’s ancestor. She’d be on Nyx’s father’s side, by the way. Any/all assassin ancestor’s that don’t match up with my own known heritage will be from her father’s (’cause no one knows my father’s heritage and I’m taking advantage of it pfft).
