To be perfectly honest, the expressions seem a bit stock/cookie-cutter. Could try and make them a little varied in their facial structure and see if that helps.

It's a good piece, regardless, and I realize details are really up to the commissioner.

Since when is pointing out a relative flaw rude? As I've already stated, it's a good piece. Adorable in my opinion. It's just that all the subjects literally have the EXACT same expression aside from one having no teeth showing.

I don't understand you. Most prefer criticism relevant to the piece to be in a comment ON the piece, why the hell would I assume Wen to be any different? Not like I'm saying "Oh my god, it's so hideous I want to gouge my eyes out!" I even gave a suggestion as to how she might avoid it in the future.
