I'm kind of surprised I never did any kind of rubber/latex character before.
In Non's palace being turned into one of these is considered one of the highest forms of punishment, as their duty consists of being inflated up to near bursting levels and set out to drift in the waters around the palace, effectively serving as living mines to deter intruders, rare though they might be. Any who are burst will be magically reconstituted, but, needless to say, it's not a particularly pleasant experience. That is, with the exception of one, the lone hybrid who begged to be given the position voluntarily, who gains great pleasure from the sensation of constantly being on the tipping point of popping.
The Milotic/Drifblim hybrid concept has been floating around for a while without me actually doing much of anything with it. In addition I'd had the thought of there being one particular character as a mainstay, serving as the primary example of the role/subtype/whatever - I think I had a name for her but I can't remember what it was; Hinda and Diana have been names I occasionally think of. Being fat/inflated was always a factor but of course with the recent head craze it only seemed appropriate that she could have a noticeably inflated face as well.
Pokemon as a whole is owned by Nintendo/GameFreak.

I took the opportunity to try doing shiny texture effects again, and for once I think it came out okay.
Is she planning to use the pump on herself or someone else?
