Finally, Jason's first official drawing within my comic's universe/continuity, the story of which being still largely under wraps.

Let's just say there is a shitton of desert, and what's better than just letting all that sand sit there?
Coming up with a sport that involves riding the titanic sand storm waves, of course... and not only that, deadly creatures lurk in said sand. Just makes it more exciting.

Basically, with the main group of the story, sandboarding is a "rite of passage" type of scenario. For what, and why, I won't say just yet. But it definitely earns you "badass points", as well as respect, if you manage to ride it all the way and make it out alive... even moreso, unharmed.



Obviously, this piece is unfinished but it is a full illustration I have in mind to work on in my free time once my commissions are done, and when I can begin the art trades I've been trying to do for ages. u_u
