With the sudden and drastic changes in so many parts of the body that would cause either a lot of elastic or a lot of buckles. That is, if you want it to be comfortable. Its just easier and simpler in a lot of cases to just not wear anything. While I understand that there are options available, it would feel contrived or forced to work. So I personally opt to just not have anything and say its too expensive or complicated to find clothing that fits!
