So my daughter accidentally kicked my laptop and it fell to the floor two nights ago while she and I were watching a movie.. 😂😂😂
And today I got this..
I just need a bit of advice to figure out what I can do to fix this. It mentions an installation disk I don't have but would I be able to get that somewhere online possibly? Also, I've been having other small issues with this laptop before the fall where it would freeze up randomly when I would be scrolling on Facebook.
Gosh I have such rotten luck x'o and today is Friday the 13th so what a coincidence!
I have a commission that I need to work on.. So please, any advice is greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you ;3;

was this a prebuilt laptop? If so, flip it over and find the serial number. Write it down somewhere. Contact your laptop manufacturer's customer support team and use it to get the product key for your copy of Windows.
If you've got access to another functioning comp with internet access and a clean USB drive, follow these steps here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us.....allation-media and try to repair the installation.
