A good ending with a pinch of bitterness. And that plot twist. It got me thinking. That was one hell of a fruit since it has so many cores. What schwarz was like before...? And other thing, how the fruit influence him, becouse his cores aren't broken... Or does he suppress it's power? So many questions.

well, limitless is a bit of a stretch x3 won't say too much about it, though. we've seen 1,3 and 10 so far, so why not have a 20 appear at some point, who knows x3

But you said that the greater number of cores, the more drastic the change would be. If 10 gets the "victim" to have Schwarzpelz's shape and size, how would 20 do?

To be perfectly honest, I suspect there actually is a way to turn back and the one girl has already fulfilled one step in the process (namely: breaking all the cores). NOt sure what the next step would be, if turning back is actually possible, but it's just a thought.
And if turning back is possible, it would give Schwarzy some hope of turning back... that is, assuming he doesn't want to remain as he is. XP One can get used to a form though, naturally. X)

that last panel adds some new weight to some of schwarzii's previous lines. i hope you don't make a panel that'll make us burst into tears because at this point you are in the clearing to pull that noise.

by the way if you make a paperback copy of this i'll nab it with no hesitation

That's a plot twist for me. Never really came to mind that Schwarzi was a human or fuzzy that was transformed into a giant wolf by a fruit. It makes me wonder how many people he ate and digested before he came to his senses. Also, none of his cores are broken like Big Sis's. So it's possible the fruit that got him is different from the fruit that got Big Sis.

He was transformed by one of those things, and he hasn't broken out of its influence like Sis did? Shwartzi might be happier than anyone about the wish he's forced to fulfill right now...

Heh, well, they're just my suspicions, but I also thought they might be useful plot points if you hadn't thought of them yourself. I doubt Shwartzi likes being compelled to fight and eat everyone who challenges him, and Father's wish taking him away from his duties might be the best thing that's happened to him since he was cursed.

Another thought just came to me... just because Shwartzi's never found a way to break his own ten-core curse, doesn't mean a one-core curse is just as hard to beat...

Though that would mean less cute fluffy macros, and no one reading this wants that!

So looking at this it seems number of cores doesn't always correlate to size, considering the anthro from a few pages ago with 3 cores was much much bigger than Schwarzi, at least I'm pretty sure.

I had thought of going for the cores=size thing but it seemed a bit predictable and uncreative x3

Perhaps cores = power then, regardless if its size or strength, etc. Still seems crazy to think Schwarzi has such good control over himself as a 10 core, despite appearing not broken like sis.

10 core... So Schwarzpelz was a human after all. But it still does not explain how he had acquired that spirit collector that is working in symbiosis with his body. However, that collector might be the reason as to why his mind was not over ruled by the seeds.

1:) I wonder if he's from that other place on the other side of the door. Could it be that he is from that place and the collector was put in his stomach by the people of that world so that he could be something like the guardian of that tree, or something like that, and keep his mind?

2:) Now that we know that Schwarzpelz was transformed by the seeds, I wonder how long he's been in his new gigantic form.

3:) Wonder what food other than the occasional defeated human that Schwarzpelz eats to sustain himself. Because of his size, he must eat a lot. Same for the sis...

4:) Will the little sis eventually have special power like Schwarzpelz?

5:) From the text and the way you draw him, I'm inclined to think that Schwarzpelz is a boy. So why are you drawing him in the so boring Walt Disney platonic Style without any apparent genitals? I'm not saying that you should go all out and give the huge guy big balls, and the girl a visible vagina, or draw huge visible asshole all over the place, but I think Schwarzpelz should at least have the beginning of a visible sheath and maybe a hint of a normal asshole, both of which could be somewhat hidden in tuff of fur. Now if you don't go out of your way and start to draw a peeking penis or prominent balls, I don't see why this comic should not be keeping its G rating. At least he will look more like a normal canine. It's not like we're not used to seeing in the real world dogs with visible sheath and asshole. It's just the way they are. To this day, I still don't understand why artists are removing those when they are drawing feral animals form... In anthro from, that would be another story, and in that more human like genre platonic reservation about anything sexual to keep a G rating is quite understandable.

Anyway, I love this comic, hope we'll see many more to come.

As you can see, we are not talking about something with a sexual content. IMO that is just making the subtle difference in gender look more natural.

I don't think you would, because it would be really weird and probably make the artist feel uncomfortable in a few different ways. ( Believe it or not, but the two pictures you linked did make ME feel very uncomfortable )

Now we ARE on FurAffinity, where there IS a loooot of porn and mature/adult rated pictures, so you'd get used to seeing it of course and start "expecting" it everywhere else, too, because in your mind it is completely normal at this point.

But this here, the Schwarzpelz comic and my gallery in general, is not one of those places x3 My gallery is 100% clean expect for a few very rare pictures of boobs, since I just don't see the appeal in adult pictures, so naturally it would be strange for me to suddenly think about adding genitals to my characters, for me this would serve no purpose at all, you know? It would also just confuse and drive away others who like my clean style, and I really don't care about those who would be attracted by it.

Originally I did ask the question after I came to wonder if Schwarzpelz was a boy or a girl and had to go back and read the dialog of the story to find out. The sister is obviously a girl that we saw in her original girly form, but for the huge macro Schwarzpelz other then facial difference when compared to the sister and the dialog it's less obvious.

Anyway it might be only me, as knowing if schwarzpelz a boy or a girl might not be that important in this story.

Great work as usual; I did not see that one coming. I wonder who/what Schwarz was before. It would be interesting if who he was before had something to do with the amulet he gave Celia.

How did I miss this the first time I read through it? Now I am just waiting for The Big Reveal to explain him being himself, or is he? Maybe he originally rampaged through the world he lived in, maybe he is just one of those mindless things but not mindless, or something.
