Anywho, this isn't what I would consider a 'completed' piece, but I thought I'd upload and share it.
This is the first piece I experimented with on my new cintiq and I thought I'd go over a few things concerning questions I've received, mostly through personal friends.

Firstly. This new cintiq didn't improve my work. Quite obviously lol. Practice time and dedication are the main solutions to improving.

Secondly. This DID improve my workflow. Read any review about cintiq's and you'll see this in almost all of them. While this new equipment didn't improve my artwork, it's definitely allowing me to complete things faster. I'm noticing this mostly in my inking. Not that this cintiq is any more accurate than my intuos. But something about that pen to screen experience gives you this "more accurate" placebo effect that lets your strokes flow through far more easily and in a more intuitive manner. It just helps lol.
