Decided to draw something different, well, sort of. Some Pokemon! Shiny Lugia specifically. It was a ton of fun, and I tried to actually paint on this! Once I reached a certain point I started painting over the lineart. This isn't how I usually go about things, but I wanted to test the waters, you know? (Ba-dumb tsh!)
