Well, I haven't done anything by NeonDragon in a long time, so i figured i would see what i could find to do. I colored this one in regular colors, shading was done with the dodge and burn tool exclusively, which is a rarity for me. I then decided to put a gradient over it all while set to Hue and god this. I think it looks pretty cool.
