WOOT!!! \(^o^)/
I gotta admit, this one took me a while! I wanted it to sound JUST right! =D
This Shakespearean sonnet goes out to all the writers! Think of it as a tribute to the "brainstorm." (pun intended...maybe) =3
Anyhoo, some quick clarifications:
1.) prolific - a synonym for "productive"
2.) teem - "to overflow"
3.) surreal - "dreamlike, unreal"
4.) pine - "to yearn for deeply"
5.) leaf - can also refer to a piece of "paper" or "page"
I think those are the only tricky words in this poem. ^^
Well, I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed writing it! =P
Until next poem! ;3

Honestly...
turbulent = trembling
transparent = straightforward, no BS (the hands are not complex or hiding anything)
So the writer's hands are shaking, and his hands have no control over the work.
It's an interesting poem... although honestly I hate writing about writing (or like songs about singing... it just doesn't really make sense to me).
Idk... am I somewhere in the ballpark with this?

No, it's alright. =P
It certainly does sound awkward to write about writing and sing about singing! xD
Though, the phrase "turbulent transparent hands" is actually referring to "wind." That is, the writer's hands are the wind itself, within a literary storm. The STORM theme was sewn throughout the entire poem. =/
I had a STRONG feeling that this would come across as AMBIGUOUS. D:
I felt very indifferent about this poem, for a few reasons; but, I still liked it. ^^
Still, if you enjoyed it even the slightest, message aside, I'm glad! =D

The storm motif is interesting... but when you're talking about hands and writing, a storm isn't the first image that comes to mind. A more literal interpretation came forth for me. Anyway... it's really good writing, but it is kinda hard to sift through when trying to analyze the different layers of symbolism.
I appreciate the comment; it's very helpful. =D
This may come off as a bit strange, but...when I write, I don't think on the plane of reality. I merely use reality's terms to break it and portray the world as I see it. =3
I'm a metaphor MANIAC! (-_-)
Anyhoo, thank you again for all of your time my friend! ;D
And NO worries; I'll NEVER stop writing! =O

*whips out magic pencil* :>
Strangely enough, I've been told that it's rather difficult to WRITE about WRITING! xD
I dunno, it just comes natural to me. =/
I was afraid that this poem was TOO cryptic, as I write for ME, and not necessarily the audience. I'm pretty sure I lost a LOT of people on this one, but I still enjoyed writing it and liked how it came out! x3
Thanks again for your enthusiastic compliment! =)
On a side note: my fursona actually walks around with a MAGIC pencil called the (Dream-Tip). It's my weapon of PURE creativity! FEAR IT!! =O
