this is basically like the third installment of oc's of mine cosplaying as jojo characters, and it's cyan cosplaying as weather report from stone ocean. even before reading stone ocean i thought this character was super rad. he has a neat ability, too. being able to control the weather? how sick is that?!
but yeah, i changed my mind and now i'm reading stone ocean. i've already read a bit of steel ball run, but i'll read the rest after i finish stone ocean.
