Never Work With Monsters character designs. These are about two or three years old now. I don't think they really need any improving.
Not sure about calling the Tornadoe 'Rain' (or even 'Raine') - 'Cloud' or 'Skye' or something might suit her better. Names can be difficult sometimes.
Bolt is quite adamant about not being called a pony - and that think on his flank is NOT a cutie mark, either.
