I just remember Kitty's comments when she met the other male students, deeming she was pretty smitten with the bunny and a few others.

Yes I accept maybe I'm reading too much into a comment she made several dozen pages ago but still, seeing two souls get butchered right in front of her while Teo is dying from his wounds is pretty damn rough.

I too can imagine that these ugly events are all very hard on KItty, as well as most others present. How they would react to the bad guys' new gruesome acts will no doubt get very interesting.
