In anycase, I'm having far too much fun with the concept and even came up with an F-list profile that makes the random TF into a dice roll mechanic...

I...have been on a TF kick for sometime, instead of inflicting this upon all of your FA feeds one by one, here's an omnibus of all my recent transformations! I've given Caudle, my bat, a backstory somewhat! Which is:
Caudle is the owner of Belfry Books is a small shop between a boutique and a coffee shop on a random strip in the town of Burnel. While it does not look terribly much larger than your average pawn shop from the outside, from within it seems strangely larger than should be possible, with two stories and a very weird basement. Caudle is the proprietor of the shop, and while you will find copies of Harry Pupper, Fantastic Furs and Where to Find Them and Lord of the Collars, there are also older....stranger books within its walls. This is the source of its owner's strange affliction.
Due to latent magic in the air from the various magical books, what Caudle actually is on a day to day basis is fairly up in the air. Most of the time he is a bat, which is the way he was born, but upon touching the wrong book, saying the wrong word on the wrong day, or just the random whims of forces beyond mortal understanding, he can often find himself a different species entirely for an undetermined length of time.
