I'm trudging through my listings folks in somewhat order. This was sitting there waiting for the finishing touches for a while!
I've still got more of these to do, but this one's for you;

It's pretty obvious to me that there's a fingerless glove on one arm, and the other arm is bare. TF2 just has a slightly "cartoony" look, is all. The right arm is most definitely human and hideous-looking on a lizard (I mean, seriously, who wears a fleshtone glove?).

And I paid attention. It just seemed to look like a glove to me.
The fingerless glove arm seemed to look differently proportioned than the other arm in all my refs, and I guess something didn't really translate as a bare arm to me in the refs I had.
Whatever though.
I made that glove orange :P

Well, free is free. Can't say too much about free. :)
On an artistic note, you might wanna check your eye positions more carefully. Technically, this poor fellow is suffering from "lazy eye". It's always a good idea to remember that both irises should be in the same position within the opening of the eye.
