flamerthedragon did fan of a character I haven't drawn myself. He wanted to create a character that belonged to the same school as Dimity and Risu, hence the familuar uniform, and just gave him the details on what she looked like and what I wanted to call her.....so I picked Arctic vixen and figured the name Arctica would be just a perfect name for her. One day would have to draw her as well. I liked how she looks and many thanks for drawing her.
