I'm pretty sure you eat crreatures that are more related to you then that XD though I have to wonder how one would survive eating a manticore...unless mlp manticores don't have that whole scorpion tail to violently stab someone thing, but I can't think of why a show that targets little girls wouldn't have that.

Oh they have stingers all right. I'm currently slurping it up in that pic ^^ And yes they sting and yes they hurt so the main way to fix that is to use your super sharp non equine choppers to savagely severe it off before swallowing the rest of the tail. Once the poison leeches out the stinger becomes harmless and you may proceed to use it as a toothpick as I will most likely do sortly after I finish consuming this beast :3

Hey I'm a big predator. If I'm gonna be able to handle big meals like the dragons chimeras manticores and other monsters I frequeantly dine on, I need to have a good arsenal of spells ready ;) I've been training my magic since I was a teenager so I've gotten pretty good

oh its not the magic that he has trouble with XD its making the magic power the machine. it actually works very well XD Hell if he wanted, he could make stage a pair of wings...though...given stages habit of eating every thing...probably not a good idea to let the big unicorn fly...also he'd need REALLY strong wings to lift him...and then take into account added weight from his meals...yeah probably not an easy thing to do for a tinkerer like him.

no the person stage could potentially get along with best is umbra...umbra is...kind of a jerk. He does things because he wants to do them. In this pic, one of two things could happen with umbra, he could rat you out to trixie, or volunteer you to be the manticore and eat her. He'd either be helping you, or hurting you. Depending which one he'd do depends on his mood.

But there is one trait that umbra has. Loyalty. you give him entertainment, he'll help ya instead. Umbra's biggest intrest is in numero uno. if it is in his intrests, he'll take action XD he's rather selfish. he'll gladly feed you ponies he doesn't like.
