"Glinda and her partner, Mindy Cloudsinger, are life companions, and both share the fascination of tickling the daylights out of helpless ponies. Over their exploits and adventures (which you can read in some of the stories, too), they've become tightly knit with the M6 that we all know and love. So no wonder they attended a very particular event of massive improtance to the bird and the dragon - and stuck for the afterparty. AJ and Rarity in particular were in remarkably good condition after a few good hours of partying, which meant they were the perfect pair to volunteer into the spotlight when it was time for another bout of showing-off between Glinda and Mindy. They're euphoric, they're having the time of their life, and they may or may not be inebriated - it's the perfect time to break out the stocks and settle the debate once and for all. The debate being: who is the better torturer of helpless little ponies?
The rules are simple. Each pony gets 15 minutes with each tickler. One by one, in the order of Rarity-Applejack-Rarity-Applejack. Once with plain clawsy-fingers, and once with tools. With two drastically different lee's and an observant audience, there is definitely gonna be an answer to that question by the end of the night... And what you can see right now is the result of a mere 15 minutes for Rarity, at the claws of Mindy. 44 minutes and 33 seconds remain..."

Even though my co-writer and comissioner has gushed about this plenty, I realized I should too! Since I was around less for its creation and stuff. Where to even begin though...
Really, all around splendid job. First off, Mindy of course. She looks better here than she did in my head. Perhaps I'm bias, but I do think she's ended up quite pretty, something I'm really happy about. You also added things I wouldn't have thought to which made her even better. And you did it all with very little reference, really, bravo, especially since this is the first time a character of my own inception has been brought to life, and it's a fuzzy feeling.
Not to diminish everyone else though, of course. The blush/sweat/marks you've done here are honestly your best, especially on Rarity. And like many others have said, you really made her look truly ravaged. Particularly good job on the hair too. The night setting in the background makes this all feel quite homely and comfy too.
