"The Northlands" is the official-unofficial name for the chunk of the eastern continent bordered by mountains (check the World Map to see wtf I'm on about.) Ruled over by multiple tribal clans of varying backgrounds, they have a strict "git the fuck off my lawn" policy regarding outsiders; but murmurings and rumourings say they've recently sworn allegiance to the Empire.
