I'm interested in grabbing a slot but am curious about a couple of things. Mainly, could I pay more for full wings?

The other thought I have is could I pay more for a custom background (With swirls instead of bubbles, nothing crazy.)

Yes. I'm very fond of swirls and even superficial swirls plastered onto the surface of the bubbles would be fine if you can't be bothered. As for the extra cost for wings, how much would you like? I understand wings are quite a pain, and think ~30$ sounds fair? I've had a few attempts at an anthro version of the dragon in question done, though none are quite so fine as the feral example: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20485473/ The pose in the example is fine. I certainly love the way you did the hair and would love mine to have a similar volume and length to it, though without the bangs? (Or rather brushed back?) Any other questions or concerns I'd be happy to address, but if that's all suitable to you, I would indeed like to buy the spot.

While I don't speak for the artist, I'd like to think the pose is lightly changeable, as the ych already done for this has a different pose for the arms, other minor changes as such.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it! ^_^ For these kind of YCHs I like to make them unique, and I usually state if I do more of the same pose. But I do plan to make more YCHs like this, I'm really into designing corsets lately :)
