Well I decided to do this today before I settled into working on character sheets for clients (Which I fully intend to do!)
I mean comeon... I figured I should have an at least updated version for myself. And I think my arm patterns have many people confounded.

So .. the black stripe on his arm runs from the point of his elbow to the heel of his palm? So it either runs straight or twists around his forearm, depending on whether his wrist is supinated or pronated? Nice.
I think your old design and new design are more a matter of style (darker illustrative vs. cartoony) and I like both, but these new models definitely rock.
