Kyklopes and gorgons are fearsome monsters, nigh-unstoppable to all those with the greatest strength, such as Perseus, or the greatest cunning, such as Odysseus. Tarvash, however, is simply a superior monster, and he has a similarly monstrous appetite, which is rather unfortunate for the monsters that are smaller than him.
