School project in 3d studio... creature an sculpture and them design a flyer for a museum ad. I slacked off an used one of the optional pre-made ad templates provided by the instructor. Modeling the image itself was fun though; a practice in composition and lighting. It got props from the class

Don't ask me why, maybe it's because he is struggling to move forward although held back by two heave chains attached to his forearms. The cone on his head? Well... tunnel vision, representing a singular mindset, ignoring everything else in the pursuit of a goal.

The disk... or saw.. I guess it could be a saw in his side there as sort of a reminder that we as a race of stubborn single minded individuals, pursuing unreachable goals will stop at nothing short of the destruction of of own physical selves to satisfy our determination.

Maybe this just could be my brain telling me that I need to take a chill and relax. That I work too hard. Anyhow, until I actually reach my unreachable goals (and I often do, just to prove it to the people who said I couldn't do it.) I often feel like that sculpture there..
