A young, ambitious member of the Alderosa City Guard, Jake is a fighter with aspirations of greatness and the workload of a grunt. He is more often handling matters of community service than the defense of his city, and his eagerness to demonstrate the skills he's shown time and time again in training has made him a bit of a show-off. Paired with his natural goofball personality, he can be a handful for his superiors, but they hope to drum some patience into the talented lad yet.
