The feet and ankles are a bit too "fuzzy", is it because the rendering was in (natural) camra stance or somethign and included focus perspective?

you mean the blur? that's actually an effect that simulates the focus of the camera lens.
everything in the focus is sharp, while everything before or behind this focus is blurred, kinda like
when you look at your thumb ;)

so the effect was intended

The body is Little_dragon's Krystal model that I use all the time. I recognise the shape of the limbs. I don't recognise the head, though.

the body is Sydney G2 from Poser ^^

i completely remodeled her head and used a real big-cat skull to create her
teeth plus i took the liberty to modify her feet to have 4 toes instead of 5

Thats the adventage of 3d renders, you can create many views without starting a whole new picture
