I don’t know, actually those events are in places of México (Puebla, Huamantla, DF, Tlaxcala, etc.) & Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, etc). Origin of bullfighting was Spain, you can start your search here.

"DESCONTROL, segunda temporada" was the second season of TV animated show based on events, characters, famous people & fun on Mexico (sometimes got some international chars too). I was on color production & conceptual art, also backgrounds and ilustrations like this one.

Very funny story, especially 'Little Bird' using a helpful stick to fly into the stands.
When I first saw this, I thought the man in the grey suit was a national (USA) politician who was recently fired. Later, I read who you drew him to be, but the thought of a bull landing on this person amused me a lot.
