I was doing some work one afternoon, Butterscotch sitting nearby sitting at small desk that we picked up, and I decided to take a small break when Hadi came in to drop a snack for the both of us. When Hadi left, with her well wishes, I started in to the snack while watching my fellow writer who still worked at her story. It was then that I noticed her coat was slightly a different shade from when she first arrived. The moment I broke the silence she looked to me and waved it off with a laugh and told me that it changes from one to the other depending on the season, but also, between seasons, her fur transitions from one shade to the other. She compared it to the moon and it made sense. I noted that it didn't matter what shade she was, she was still quite lovely. She had immediately went acbk to work, but I could tell she was blushing. I finished up my snack and got back to work myself.
