Silently it approached, walking through the grass without disturbing a single blade, an ethereal light casting a soft glow. It moved hesitantly, though without worry or fear, driven purely by curiosity, until it stopped a short distance away, ears perked, giving the air a few short sniffs in study. Its focus stood similarly transfixed, heart pounding, astonished at this otherworldly being whose gaze gave a paradoxical impression of being tied to the Earth itself. The spirit’s form began to dissolve into a shapeless expanse, drifting with motive towards its target. At the first contact on an extended finger, a surge passed through the man. Skin became covered in fur, whiskers protruded, teeth sharpened; every cell was filled with an incredible energy! Nail turned to claw, vertebrae multiplied, bones and muscles reformed, and senses became so keen he could feel life, nature, the world around him! Within his mind a flame lit, burning into an inferno of consciousness. This presence was simple in its thoughts, but its understanding immeasurable. Without words, he gleaned an eagerness to explore, a delight at the feeling of wind through fur, a thrilled intrigue at a world of smells, and at the root of it, an instinctual desire to experience the physical world like all the creatures it was connected with. A brief impression of gratitude passed through him before the spirit vanished into the night.

And my inferior attempt at writing a little story to go with it :P Possession is a really cool tf trigger that isn't done all that often, there definitely should be more of it!
The title is an invented term meaning "to be at one with nature". I thought it was fitting.

An interesting concept regarding the mind's flame and spirit possession/release. This a casual fisherman who seeks not to eat his catch, but to engage in an intimate bond with his curious prey that only the cycle of life can provide before releasing them, both intuitively more worldly for it. This commission is fantastic and the story fitting.
