You saw Blizzard as a Glaceon, well that is if he was 100% Pokemon. But what if it's just Blizzard going about his day? Being too lazy to put proper clothes on, or having some movie or gaming marathon going on with Canis? He needs to be comfy! But also he needs the feel of power! And so he jumps in his Blastoise Kigurumi which is not just so soft that Canis constantly huggle-assaults him, but also gives him a sense of power with those two mighty plush cannons looking out of his back.
