The vigilante and his arch nemesis.
Hamlet and Claude rivals in school. Claude often picked on Hamlet, and generally gave him tons of grief.
Despite his small stature, Hamlet humiliated Claude in a wrestling match in front of the entire school. Not only was he responsible for crushing the other's pride but Hamlet was also the masked vigilante that took Claude down while trying to rob a convenience store, using the same wrestling move. Leaving Claude to be dealt with by the police.
Claude didn't have too great a home life, and he feels Hamlet is responsible for the humiliation he suffered both in and outside of school, and the source of his misery. He faced the vigilante again, this time with super powers that'd somehow become his, and wants to make Hamlet just as miserable as Claude has felt his entire life.
