That's another challenge, but they can also push from the center to make it go faster without less effort, but that also makes it harder to slow down from there :P

summer is hell here when we live indoor without airconditioner or at least a fan :P

our buildings are based on keeping heat inside so it is pretty awful in summer.

Not to mention a pervasive attitude especially among builders on how air conditioning in living quarters is "needless" even in apartments/condos which can become crazy hot during the summer - multiple times I've read news of intolerable summer heat issues in brand new multi-hundred-thousand euro condos in Helsinki because the builder outright refused to consider central air conditioning while insisting that regular ventilation is enough. As a random tidbit, generally the highest allowed temperature in living quarters is supposed to be 26°C unless higher temperatures are caused by high outdoor temperatures, kind of a weasel clause to allow the avoidance of active cooling. :P
