This picture was taken by Thanksgiving 2006, in the same night I had me pictured on what I consider my first scalesuit.
For those who don't know what an orb is, it's the way spirits manifest in digital photographs. They are circles or spheres because spirits are mostly or purely energetical entities, & as such they are spherical.
In this particular picture, you can see there are two orbs in the picture: a tenuous, peach-colored orb at the left (above my aunt's head) & a bright greeen, much more noticable orb (above me). The thing that I find most weird is that green orb. I do find that costume to be special, & I talked to my aunt about this picture a short time after taking it. According to her, that orb seems to be the spirit of the character I created & portray though that costume. I do agree with that, since I do acknowledge paranormal things exist.
I would say this picture is authentic, since its circumstances fit those on which real orbs appear: no single object was present to mimic an orb-like image (i.e. a green soda crackers can's lid, a particle from my suit's fabric), & I've read real orb pictures often display the orbs with trails (that orb displays trails). I would discard that there was a tiny particle of the fabric's fibers, since it would look like a short piece of string & -if on the lense of the camera- it would rather look opaque.
About explaining whether it is or not some spirit related to that fursona, I'd say my mind may be powerful & creative enough to create or maybe project such thing.
About that other orb on the picture, I'm not sure of what to think about what it is or may be.

the pink to the bottom left appears to be a piece of something on the camera or it is a phenomenon called a vortex but i highly doubt it. The green and light blue orbs are legit.

It is possible that orbs and other spiritual phenomena have been traveling from their dimension to ours through these vortexes. It is less common for a vortex to show up in a photo than an orb, and this might be because some vortexes open and close rather quickly when only one or two orbs are present.
Non believers and sceptics say that photos of orbs are nothing more than dust and water particles being taken out of focus. It is likely that many of the orb photos out there are just that. That is partly why there are so many orb photos. However, orbs that have been captured on videos floating and flying around by themselves may be a little harder to be explained."
