This SD45 was originally built in February 1967, SN #33021, as SL-SF (FRISCO) 910.

It became BN 6659 in December 1980 and was retired on September 30, 1986. By the time I took this photo in 1993 it clearly had been pretty well cannibalized.
On a side note while I was taking this photograph I was chased off by railroad Special Agents, one of only a handful of times that has happened.

It was surprising. I saw them from quite 'a ways away' but felt there was no reason for me to run and make them chase me. I'm not sure which road they were from since both the SOO Shoreham shops and Burlington Northern Northtown yard made up the rail presence in the area. Whatever the case was they were the most terse I've ever dealt with.
It is neat, isn't it?
