Recently i've been having some weird chest pains which I am damn sure are related to the cold weather we've been having in the uk.
Kind of like back spasms/aches but down the front, almost nerve-y pain.
I know its not my heart but first few times it happened I PANICKED and feared the worst!
But then I settled down and noticed I had no other symptoms. No palpitations...
So I waited it out and after a few days it just stayed as like a nerve pain in the muscles.
I'm not worried, I am changing my diet so that might be it.
Also I dropped caffeine cold turkey, I feel so much better for it...if not irritable, sleepy and a bit more grumpy than usual but i'll slowly be re-introducing Green Tea into my diet eventually.
