A Thursday Prompt story from the prompt: "A topic based on Grandma's sayings."
I really don't have any grandma sayings. (I rarely saw either of them and one had a stroke when I was little which nearly left her mute.) But my muse, after it's own wonderful fashion, decided to find inspiration from the washtub story so that's what I ended up with.
Not the greatest story, but my goal was more putting out information than creating a living, breathing scene.
