I love those wolves x.x and dem feet, so laaaarge, sooo ticklish
The wolf on the right is hilarious, trying his best not to laugh, just because of some gentle touch at his toes and torso xD and the left one is SOOOO adorable. He is like: "fuck it, I am to ticklish, no point in trying to hold back" ....or maybe... he likes it XD
Anyways, well done! Meisterwerk! Bringt gute Laune in nen miesen Tag, danke dafür :D !!!

I think the original kobolds were from Germanic folklore and were household fairies, though I guess they're probably most well known from Dungeons and Dragons where they're the small draconic humanoids or World of Warcraft where they're more ratlike. It's interesting seeing another version of them, where the kobolds are a lupine humanoid and it looks like they're of similar size to humans or considerably larger with the giant version. In the early editions of Dungeons and Dragons I think they were more canine though so I wonder if the Grimmgar anime took the inspiration from them from there.
I've not watched the anime though from Kellion referencing them I think the wolf kobolds were more or less a tribal society and relatively peaceful, with the adventuring party invading their home and I think slaughtering them with the kobolds defending their homes and territory. So getting bound and tickled to death is probably a lot better than what otherwise happened.
So maybe here the mages decided to capture the wolf kobolds, subduing and binding them before attempting to interrogate them, but seeing their reactions perhaps find them too cute and rather more like giant puppies to be able to bring themselves to kill them so maybe decide to leave them in peace though the kobolds might have even more reason to hate/fear/distrust humans in the future.
I wonder though how it might go if a trio of female mages decided to invade Eternal's tower with the intent of capturing him and persuading him through any necessary nonviolent or at least not too violent methods of revealing some of his secrets to them?

hehe we all would know how such a scenario with Eternal would end^^ He would beg for to tell them more than they even asked for^^
somehow this Grimmgar story, so far I had seen it in a three minutes clip on youtube, the monsters are not just plane creatures, mindless and soulless, but rather living societies and so it leaves a bad taste behind to see them being slaughtered
so this is a better ending for this chapter then the original one, in my oppinion^^

the Kobolds was everytime wolf like, when you find old stories and old artwork from 1980 the Kobolds arent rats or reptilian.

A bold and daring trio of adventuresses who were known for their somewhat unorthodox methods but an enviable success rate in even the toughest of quests. From tribes of goblins or bands of brigands to such fearsome beasts as manticores, minotaurs and dragons they were known for bringing an end to raids, kidnappings or predation with a minimum of bloodshed, subduing or capturing without killing.
In this instance, stealthy reconnaissance and observation had determined this tribe of kobolds was mainly concerned with human encroachment into their territory while also having a habit of stealing chickens and the occasional sheep. Simple deterrence would suffice though it would just require persuasion of the chieftain and his advisors to discourage further thefts and setting up some boundary markers to warn villagers before they inadvertently trespassed.
Though Death Spot's demeanour was a little disagreeable at first, after a little while of their treatment he proved himself to just be a big puppy dog after all.
Where the adventuresses had learnt of such methods was a secret they kept to themselves including their extensive knowledge of binding spells. It was rumoured though that their very first adventure had seen them encounter a black-furred wererat sorcerer and that they'd turned the tables on him in his attempt to capture them. Whether he had been persuaded to teach them his magics was unknown, though it had certainly inspired them in their adventuring career thereafter.
