A few of you (on both here and dA!) suggested that Kevin should be a Golden Retriever, instead of whatever the hell I drew (some kind of terrier).

The terrier was based on Kevin's looks alone, but a Golden Retriever plays more on his personality. I like both ideas, I'm not sure which is better.

GR solves some issues I had with the terrier version (he's more beefy now), but I don't feel it looks as much like him overall as the terrier.
I'll make a poll about it.

This is a weird "sketch" for me, I re-drew a sketch I had done and so this is almost inks, but not quite. Not something I plan to do often (because it took a lot more time than a regular sketch!)
